Jeffrey Godsick, president, Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products, has made two executive appointments in a move to bolster the division and its overall global strategy.

Entertainment marketing executive Nabil Kazi will take on the role of vice president of global promotions. Morgan Chess was promoted to the position of vice president of digital.

These moves are a cornerstone of some of the major consumer products initiatives Fox is coordinating with titles such as Ice Age, The Simpsons, Alvin and the Chipmunks and Family Guy.

Kazi joins FCP after holding several positions within The Walt Disney Company and its affiliated companies, including Disney Consumer Products and ABC Television Network. Prior to joining Fox, Kazi was vice president of global marketing and publicity for Walt Disney Animation and DisneyToon Studios. His 18 years of experience in entertainment marketing will help him define and set the global licensed promotions strategy for Fox’s TV properties.

Chess comes to this new position with experience in interactive marketing, previously serving as director of digital marketing for 20th Century Fox Studios. With a decade of experience in the digital space, Chess will handle digital and e-commerce strategy planning for the breadth of Fox Consumer Products’ portfolio.

Both Kazi and Chess will report directly to Godsick.
