Brentwood Licensing has inked two publishing partners for client Rubes Cartoons, syndicated internationally by Creators Syndicate.
Andrews McMeel Publishing's "The Wild and Twisted World of Rubes," a 25th anniversary edition, is hitting stores now. Meanwhile, in 2011, Running Press will release its first book for Rubes. Both deals mark the 15th and 16th books featuring Rubes' cartoons.
Rubes' current licensing partners include Trau & Loevner, Hot Properties, Recycled Paper Greetings, Noble Works Cards and AllU Apparel.
