American Greetings Properties has appointed two sub-agents to represent Twisted Whiskers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Israel and others. The animated series recently debuted on The Hub, a joint venture between Hasbro and Discovery Communications.

Bruno Productions is on board to manage the property in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, while Point of View has signed on for representation in Israel, the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. The appointment sees both sub-agents handling Twisted Whiskers' advertising, merchandising and publishing rights in the respective territories.

Twisted Whiskers originally launched in 2001 as a greeting cards line.

In other AGP news, Simon Property has partnered for a mall-based initiative tied to new animated series "Maryoku Yummy." Participating Simon-owned malls will feature Maryoku Yummy-themed wishing wells in their fountain locations. American Greetings will donate all moneys tossed into the fountains to local children's charities to help fund a specific wish of the selected charitable organization.
