TV-Loonland has signed several toy deals on its "Pat & Stan" property, which was awarded the Jury's Special Prize for Best TV Series at the Annecy Animation Festival 2009 last week.

In a pan-European deal with Toyco, part of Bandai Europe, Pat & Stan capsule toys will go on sale through vending machines, while a further deal has been inked with German plush supplier Schmidt Spiele. Plush figures of both Pat and Stan will launch at Nuremberg Toy Fair in February 2010.

Separately, Bandai Europe's vending division also picked up the capsule toy rights to TV-Lowland's "The Owl."

The new "Pat & Stan" series, produced by MacGuff, is set to launch in more than 170 territories worldwide this autumn.
