CCI Entertainment and Scholastic Media have closed pre-sales for the animated series “Turbo Dogs” to CBC in Canada and qubo in the United States. The series, based on the book
Racer Dogs
by illustrator Bob Kolar, is aimed at children aged 4 to 7. Using 3-D animation, Turbo Dogs features the antics of a wacky, dog-filled community that is wild about racing. The Turbo Dogs team has also announced new co-producers, New Zealand’s Huhu Studios (Buzz and Poppy, Littlebrook Farm).
