The association will collect votes from the public on
now through Jan. 15. Winners will be selected with the input of consumers, retailers (mass and specialty), media and members of the toy industry. Winners will be announced Feb. 11, as the kick-off to the 109th American International Toy Fair.
This year's finalists included 67 unique products or properties from 51 companies, of which 21 are licensed properties. Nominated products included properties such as Beyblade, Thomas & Friends, Skylander, Justin Beiber, Tetris, Dora the Explorer, Pocoyo, Elmo, Cars 2, Busytown and Angry Birds.
