Walmart is offering free shipping on close to 60,000 items, including electronics and toys, available at its website. The offer runs now through Dec. 20. The retailer is also offering its regular site-to-store program, which provides shoppers with free shipping to a Walmart store on thousands of online items.
At Target.com, up to 50 percent off is being given through the retailer's daily deals service, also available via Twitter. In addition, the e-commerce site will offer Mega Merry Mondays with deals on 17 popular items and Total Toy Tuesdays with discounts on five toy favorites. Target.com will offer free shipping on purchases of $50 or more from Nov. 21 to Dec. 11.
JCPenney is offering free ship-to-store and free home shipping on online orders of $69 or more. A number of licensed lines are being discounted, including kids' character-themed sleepwear and Animal Planet-branded pet items,
Meanwhile, Sears' iconic holiday Wish Book is now available via a number of online, mobile and social networking channels, including Facebook and iPad. Besides the print version, shoppers can now view the Christmas catalog at:
Sears.com/wishbook for a digital edition with flipping pages and the ability to purchase an item directly from the page.
Sears Facebook for holiday shopping ideas and the ability to share wish lists with friends and purchase products through the Wish Book tab. In addition, customers can enter to win one of 24 Wish Book prizes from Dec. 1 to Dec. 24.
Wish Book app for iPad to find gifts through a special "Trending Tree" and "Snow Globe" features, as well as a gift finder and search and browse. It also includes the Bumpin' Santas game.
