Outstanding European partners were recently awarded at a Toei Animation event during Brand Licensing Europe.
The winners were:
Best Licensing Program: Backstage for Sailor Moon
Best Promotion: TF1 Licenses for Dragon Ball
Best Involvement: Plus License for Dragon Ball and One Piece
