The deal will allow Techno Source to use Global’s infrastructure to distribute domestically, expanding the company's business model, which has primarily focused on direct imports.
"By partnering with Global Holdings, we’ll be able to better serve our large customers who require domestic backup, and also extend our reach to smaller retailers who historically only purchased goods domestically," says Eric Levin, division head, Techno Source. "In addition, we’ll be able to leverage Global’s foothold in the entertainment and gaming sectors to expand our business."
"Global Holdings has grown year after year through its innovation and solid distribution network," says John H. McDaniel III, chief marketing officer, Global Holdings. "I am very pleased that Techno Source has chosen our company as their domestic arm, as we feel that the synergies between companies will ultimately benefit retailers while allowing both companies to focus on their core competencies."
