CBS Consumer Products' StarTrek.com will re-launch this summer with a new look and new features, including breaking news, interviews, an online community and an e-commerce shop.
For the first time, the site will include top fan sites; TrekMovie, TrekToday and TrekWeb. Funny Garbage is the developer behind the new site.
"Star Trek fans deserve an online hub to suit all their needs," says Liz Kalodner, executive vice president and general manager of CBS Consumer Products. "The new StarTrek.com will embrace the incredible fan activity across the Web and bring together the many different voices that celebrate Star Trek."
