Four character holiday-themed specials, including Sesame Workshops' Elmo and HIT Entertainment's Bob the Builder, will be featured on Sprout in December.

The 24-hour preschool channel will air the following:

Sprout is created in partnership among Comcast, HIT Entertainment, PBS and Sesame Workshop. It also broadcasts series such as "The Wiggles," "Thomas & Friends," "Angelina Ballerina" and "Fifi and the Flowertots."
