Spin Master and its licensors, Justin Heimberg and David Gomberg, the authors of the best-selling Would You Rather…? series of books, have won their trademark infringement case against Zobmondo!! Entertainment for the board games, books and card games it produced under the Would You Rather…? brand.
After a two-week trial, the Los Angeles jury awarded Spin Master $5.1 million in compensatory damages and an additional $3.5 million in punitive damages.
