Marvel Animation has expanded its partnership with Shout! Factory for exclusive U.S. home entertainment distribution rights to Marvel Knights Animation properties.
In the multi-year deal, Shout! Factory will distribute "Astonishing X-Men: Gifted," "Black Panther," "Iron Man: Extremis," "Spider-Woman" and others from the Marvel Knights Animation portfolio.
"This offering brings the best of the best of our comic books to life using proprietary animation techniques, delivering a must see experience for both loyal and new fans," says Eric S. Rollman, president of Marvel Animation.
Earlier this year, Shout! Factory secured the exclusive U.S. home entertainment distribution rights to Marvel's animated series "The Super Hero Squad Show."
