Zara has launched its first online stores in Britain, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Germany and forecasters think sales could be boosted by 10 percent in a year.

Zara's owner, Inditex, which is the world's biggest clothing retailer by sales, has plans to go online in America, Japan and South Korea next year.
