Sesame Workshop promoted Daryl Mintz to chief financial officer. In this capacity, Mintz will report to H. Melvin Ming, chief operating officer. Mintz also serves as treasurer of the Joan Ganz Cooney Center for Educational Media and Research, a subsidiary of Sesame Workshop.

Mintz joined Sesame Workshop’s finance department 12 years ago and most recently served as the Workshop’s vice president, controller.
