Myung Kang-Huneke, vice president and general counsel for Sesame Workshop was appointed to the inaugural oversight council of the Toy Industry Association's new Toy Safety Certification program.
"I am incredibly proud to be a part of a committee that invests so much in children's safety," says Kang-Huneke. "And I applaud TIA for being proactive in developing a program that all families can benefit from."
The program supports the verification the toys entering the U.S. are compliant with all safety standards and regulations.
