Sega of America and Sega Europe have announced that the new video game “Aliens: Colonial Marines” will be available in stores worldwide in February 2013.

Created in partnership with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products and developed by Gearbox Software, the game will be an authentic addition to the Aliens franchise, with familiar environments from the film.

This is the second Aliens game to come from Sega; “Aliens vs. Predator,” which was released in 2009, became one of Sega’s top-selling games. “Aliens: Colonial Marines” will be available for Playstation3 and Xbox360 on Feb. 12, 2013. A release date for the Wii U version will be announced at a later date.
