Sanrio do Brazil has appointed Tycoon Enterprises as licensing agent for Sanrio’s most popular brands in the territories of Mexico and Central America. This is the first time Sanrio do Brazil has relied on third party representation in these territories.

Tycoon will use its expertise and relationships to expand Sanrio brands in Latin American, including kawaii princess Hello Kitty, Chococat, Keroppi, Kuromi, My Melody and Charmmy Kitty.

"We are incredibly excited to be opening this new page and entering this relationship with Sanrio do Brazil," says Elias Fasja Cohen, president at Tycoon.

"There is a natural affinity for Hello Kitty in our markets, and we feel certain a carefully tailored program will bring much benefit to the brand’s growth and longevity. We also expect to be developing other Sanrio assets very soon.”
