Toy and consumer electronics manufacturer Sakar International has announced the appointment of Howie Davis to the newly created role of vice president of retail development.

Davis will work closely with Sakar's sales force and licensors to maximize and create retail opportunities.

Davis comes to Sakar with 20 years of buying experience. Prior to joining Sakar he served for six years as electronic and entertainment buy at Toys ‘R’ Us.
