Saban Names Director of Licensing

Saban Brands has named Rebekah Belzer as its new director of licensing.  Reporting to Nina Leong, senior vice president of licensing for Saban Brands, Belzer will manage all existing partnerships and seek out new partnerships in the apparel and softlines categories.
