Sababa Toys merged with Front Porch Classics with plans to operate under the Sababa Group Inc. moniker and be headquartered in New York City. Bob Wann, co-founder of Sababa Toys, will be chairman and CEO, and Stone Newman, co-founder of Sababa Toys, will continue as president and oversee sales, marketing, and new business development for the combined company. Helen Rockey, CEO of Front Porch Classics, will become vice chairman, and Erika Cottrell, vice president of Front Porch Classics, will become president of Front Porch Classics. Ron Hayes will head up product design and development, while Arthur Levine will be CFO, and Richard Gill will head up international.
