Rubicon Group Holding has acquired worldwide licensing, merchandising and digital media rights to the Monster In My Pocket brand from MEG, creator and owner of the property. MEG retains master toy license rights to the brand.

RGH plans to create a global strategy for the brand of collectible monsters for boys. The new strategy will include the creation of a wide range of new animated content–from television shows to games to apps and social media,

RGH will support the new content with a comprehensive licensing and retail program.
