Rose Evangelista joins Novocom as president of its newly formed licensing and merchandising group. She will focus on children's franchises initially. Evangelista launched Just Toys, a toy manufacturer, in 1989 and Oh No! in 1996. Oh No! was acquired by Dana Perfumes in 2000.
