In celebration of iconic musician Ray Charles' 80th birthday, Act III Licensing has signed four new merchandise partners.

The latest licensees include:

  • Friend or Foe for men's fashion T-shirts (fall 2010 at high-end and specialty retailers)

    • Allposters.com/Art.com for framed art (available now, online)

      • Yerzies for print on-demand tees (available now, online)

        • Medium Cool for T-shirts as part of the Jim Marshall collection (TBD)

          In other Ray Charles news, a new musical biography "Unchain My Heart" will be hitting Broadway this fall.

          Act III Licensing manages the licensing program for the Ray Charles Marketing Group and will be featuring the property at this June's Licensing International Expo.
