Rai Fiction debuted a raft of new animation titles at the Cartoons on the Bay festival in Rapallo last week, including its new preschool series “Mofy.” Based on the books by Japanese illustrator Aki Kondo, “Mofy” is a new preschool series entirely made in Italy by animating cotton wool balls and co-produced with Sony Creative Products Japan.
