Brooks Fitch Apparel Group will create the infant and toddler lines featuring layettes, sleep 'n play, sleepwear, dresses, sportswear and playwear.

Artist Sam Butcher's "teardrop-eye children" illustrations are the center of the Precious Moments brand, appearing on hundreds of giftware and specialty items for more than 30 years.
