Planet Sketch Gains Exposure on Nicktoons

Decode Entertainment follows a slew of recent international sales and a second season commission for Planet Sketch with a U.S. deal with Nicktoons Network, Nickelodeon’s 24-hour animation network. Nicktoons Network ordered all 26 11-minute episodes of the Aardman Animations co-production, which features Street Rappers—a group of young rappers who like rapping about childish things—and the Parping Ponies—two horses who never manage to hold down a decent job due to flatulence issues. The series of shorts will premiere on Nicktoons Network in spring 2007.
