Perpetual Licensing has been appointed to represent Razor USA, the maker of the Razor scooter, in the development of the company’s brand licensing program.

The brand’s dominance in the category, combined with extraordinary high brand awareness and wide distribution network make this a compelling opportunity for both Razor and its prospective licensing partners,” says David Milch, founder and chief executive officer, Perpetual. “Over the years, we’ve watched the brand take off with kids, young adults and parents and Perpetual is thrilled to extend the Razor brand, and its famous logo, into numerous new product categories.”
Perpetual will work with Razor to extend the brand into a broad range of lifestyle products including apparel, eyewear, fashion accessories and other outdoor accessories.
