The Penguin Group has announced the launch of its global Licensing and Consumer Products division, with the purpose of allowing consumers to experience the publisher’s bestselling series and characters in new ways.

The new division is showcasing its literary brands in Booth 5918 at Licensing Expo this week in Las Vegas, Nev. Featured brands include Mad Libs, Spot, Flower Fairies, Corduroy, Llama Llama, The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod, the Vampire Academy and Bloodlines series, Land of Me, Graeme Base, Hairy Maclary, Vintage Ladybird and many more.

Existing partners in both hard and soft lines for Penguin brands will be showcased in the booth, and there will be a heavy push to recruit new partnerships for licensed merchandise in the toys, games, apparel, stationery, social expression and housewares categories.
