Oxford Limited, the licensor for Oxford University, has appointed Hannah Aspey as licensing and brand manager, and Emily Withers as head of operations. The appointments follow the news that Oxford Limited has appointed Performance Brands to represent the brand in the U.K. and Europe.

Prior to her appointment, Aspey spent seven years at Energy PR, working with the Copyrights Group, Twentieth Century Fox, Wesco, James Galt, the Kazachok International Licensing Forum and the Toy Industry Association of North America.

Withers brings valuable insight and knowledge of Oxford University itself, having worked for the Bodleian Library and the Ashmolean Museum.

"These two appointments are key to the strategic development of the Oxford University brand globally," says Chris Evans, managing director of Oxford Limited. "Both Aspey and Withers bring a tailor-made set of skills and experience to their new roles which will greatly benefit the licensing program and contribute to its expansion and future success."
