The New York Stock Exchange has begun the process to delist 4Kids Entertainment (KDE), after the company's market capitalization failed to maintain the minimum $15 million required over a consecutive 30-day trading period.

Within the next 10 business days, 4Kids must decide whether or not to request a review. If a review is not requested or if the 4Kids stock is suspended from trading on the NYSE, the entertainment company is expected to make arrangements for the stock to trade on the over-the-counter market.
