Spanish licensing agency Nottingham Forest has signed on to represent the upcoming animated film
Foosball
in Europe and Asia.
The 3D film from Jempsa, Plural and Antena 3 Films is set for release in August 2013, and will be the first feature film from Oscar-winning director Juan José Campanella.
Based on Roberto Fontanarrosa’s short story, “Memoirs of a Right Winger,”
Foosball
follows the shy boy Amadeo who must face a fearful rival on the football pitch.
