Nottingham Forest intends to develop a line of Mouk products in key categories including publishing (based on the TV series), toys, apparel, home wares, back-to-school, stationery and interactive.
The appointment of Nottingham Forest follows previous announcements that Atlantyca Entertainment and Early Bird Licensing would handle licensing rights in Italy and Scandinavia respectively.
“Mouk,” based on the book by French artist Marc Boutavant,
Around the World with Mouk
, is produced by Millimages and was commissioned by France Télévisions and Disney Channel U.K.
The series follows the adventures of Mouk and his friend Chavapa who travel the world on their bicycles.
