Nickelodeon Consumer Products has signed a raft of new publishing deals for several of its properties.

Random House Children’s Books has signed on for Nick properties including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Winx Club in Canada with an expanded program starting in spring 2013. The deal covers new formats including hardcover and paperback picture books, storybooks, leveled readers, chapter books, junior novels and board books.

Random House will also continue publishing color and activity books and Little Golden Book titles for SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, Team Umizoomi and Bubble Guppies.

Les Editions Soleil will publish a new series of eight hardback comics for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The comics will begin appearing on shelf in June, with more to follow in October.

Also in France, Albin Michel launched two new Dora the Explorer hardback titles as part of the Meilleure Amie series.

In Germany, Panini launched the title

Dora Meine Kindergartenfreunde

, and Schwager & Steinlein

launched two new coloring picture books.
