Arff is tasked with developing and maximizing category expansion and property management for Viacom International Media Network’s diverse portfolio of family entertainment, and also will work closely with NCP's retail department.
Previously, Arrf served with Endemol as senior manager business development for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe.
"Arff brings to NCP a wealth of experience and an unbeatable depth of knowledge on licensed consumer products in the GAS markets," says Niedergesäss. "She was responsible for establishing and developing the merchandise and licensing business for major brands, such as Big Brother, across the territories."
