FremantleMedia Enterprises has appointed Solomon Nwabueze to the role of senior vice president, content/IP and co-productions for EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

Based in London, he will report into David Ellender, FME’s global chief executive officer.

In this new role, Nwabueze will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities and acquiring new content in EMEA and Asia-Pacific, focusing on IP that can be exploited across multiple platforms. Nwabueze will also join FME’s global content team, managing and developing relationships with content-providers and rights holders.

“FME has successfully established itself as a global leader in the exploitation of third party brands, both TV and non-TV, across all platforms,” says Ellender. “Solomon brings with him a wealth of experience working across all genres and exceptional contacts within the industry and I’ve no doubt he will further grow FME’s ambition and reputation worldwide.”
