Clock and room décor manufacturer M.Z. Berger & Co. has launched MZB Imagination, a stationery and crafts division, which will design and distribute products throughout the U.S. and internationally.
MZB Imagination will produce items such as game pens, art easels, craft and airbrush sets. The new division has already secured licensing deals with Disney, Star Wars, Hasbro, M&M's and LEGO.
Barry Rosenbaum, the former owner and chief executive office of Stylus, will head the new division.
