New Facebook Video App Launches

Social app development studio Softwind Studio has launched the first social video platform, FindWatchShare, on Facebook. The platform was built for U.K. independent film producer and distributor, Revolver Entertainment, and is currently in beta testing. The video platform allows users to discover, watch and share films, all within Facebook. It uses Facebook Credits as currency but also links out to third-party distributors like iTunes, Blinkbox, play.com and Amazon. The unique sharing capability, allows users to save money on rental prices when they share with their Facebook friends. Films cost 50 Facebook credits ($5) for new releases and 30 credits ($3) for catalogue titles.
