Marc4, a Brazil-based fashion brand management company, has been acquired by New Era Cap, which will strengthen its business opportunities in Latin America.
Marc4 is a designer and distributor of apparel, footwear and accessories under licensed brands. The company's main assets include a number of licensed brands, including 20 Brazilian soccer teams.
“We are constantly evaluating our business and identifying new opportunities for international growth that make sense for our brand,” says Christopher H. Koch, chief executive officer of New Era Cap. “Brazil is an emerging market and Marc4 has the expertise and connections in the country to help us generate strong demand for New Era products.”
