Namco Bandai and Namco Networks to Form One Label

The transaction will roll in Namco Networks casual entertainment talent for mobile, Apple, PC and Web. When the integration is complete, Kenji Hisatsune will serve as president and chief executive officer of Namco Bandai Games America.
