Namco Bandai Games America and Namco Networks America plan to integrate under the Namco Bandai Games America label by first quarter 2011.

The transaction will roll in Namco Networks casual entertainment talent for mobile, Apple, PC and Web. When the integration is complete, Kenji Hisatsune will serve as president and chief executive officer of Namco Bandai Games America.
