MTV Networks International has signed a number of new broadcast partners throughout South America for "SpongeBob SquarePants."
The latest partners include Teleamazonas in Ecuador, Teledoce in Uruguay, Teletica in Costa Rica, Antena Latina in the Dominican Republic and Artear in Argentina. In addition, Nickelodeon block deals for the series have been signed in Honduras with TV Hondurena and in Venezuela with Venevision.
Meanwhile in Europe, Portugal's TVi, Switzerland's RSI, Italy's Mediaset (via Cattleya) and Serbia's B92 have also picked up "SpongeBob SquarePants."
