Mind Candy has now signed 100 partners for its Moshi Monsters brand, and made six new appointments to the global licensing team. To date there are 40 U.K. licensees on board and another 60 signed internationally.

Mind Candy's head of global licensing Darran Garnham has grown the team from two to nine people, and increased its partner line-up from nine to over 100 since January.

In the U.K., Clare Wiggins joins from Chapman Entertainment as head of Moshi Live, and will program live events including a live music tour and immersive branded attractions in theme parks. Ex-Disney exec Sarah Hodges joins as retail partnership manager working with licensees and retailers to head the strategy for Moshi at retail. Jack McCall has been promoted to head of product development. Matt Shone is named as contracts and royalty manager. Dave Tovey, Mind Candy’s U.K. licensing manager, joined at the start of the year.

In the U.S., Caitlin Gutekunst joins as licensing manager, Americas, reporting to Eric Karp, head of licensing, Americas. Brad Schultz was recently announced as head of Moshi TV, now working out of Los Angeles on a new VOD platform that’s currently in development.

"We have an extremely exciting line up of premium partners bringing some incredible Moshi product to shelf all over the world," says Garnham. "I've had the privilege of pulling together a highly talented team, each of whom brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion for Moshi. There are definitely exciting times ahead."
