With more than 200 licensees on board, the 2013 line spans all major product categories from toys to apparel to home goods, featuring product from Hasbro, LEGO, Huffy and Street Flyers.
Marvel and its partners will be debuting their product offerings this week at the London Toy Fair, which includes action figures, building sets, bikes and sporting goods.
Ultimate Spider-Man product will launch across all major categories early this year with new theming and packaging.
“Marvel's approach is both long-term and expansive in establishing ‘Ultimate Spider-Man’ as the franchise retail umbrella, creating excitement for 2013 and beyond that will help drive licensed product sales for one of the most recognizable superhero characters in the world,” says Paul Gitter, senior vice president, consumer products, Marvel Entertainment.
