Atlantyca Entertainment and Moonscoop have signed new deals for the 3-D animated children's property "Dive Olly Dive!."

Malaysia-based Pelican Publishing has acquired translation rights for six titles created by Atlantyca and has licensed publishing rights for 10 new titles. Moonscoop has also signed a home video distribution agreement with Pelican Publishing for the DVD distribution of the first two seasons of the series. The three-year agreement includes 52x30 episodes, which will be available in both English- and Mandarin-language versions from Pelican. Both deals include distribution rights throughout Malaysia and Singapore. The first three DVD titles and the first three books are set to launch in this fall. Set to premiere a second season this month on Disney Channel in Asia, "Dive Olly Dive!" follows the underwater escapades of Olly and Beth, two young, unmanned research-submarines-in-training.
