Numerous licensors and licensees are using MAGIC as a platform to announce some major deals.

FAB*Starpoint and Sean D’Anconia hosted a NoZu4U launch party at the Pool arm of the MAGIC show to debut its apparel and accessories.

King Features Syndicate has announced the launch of an all-new high fashion menswear line featuring funny pages staple Beetle Bailey. The collection will feature jackets, sweaters, pants, t-shirts, bags, hats and shoes.

International DJ and producer Tiësto has inked a global master license agreement with The Movement International to develop fashion and apparel products under the Club Life brand name. The Movement International is comprised of brothers Sam and Bernie Hafif, owners of Concept One Accessories, and capital investor Jeffrey Tweedy. Sam Hafif will serve as CEO. Martin Cribbs has been hired as the executive vice president of licensing. The Club Life brand launched privately at MAGIC with a party at Seville Row at the Luxor hotel.

History and Trinity Partners

is exhibiting its new “Pawn Stars” line of apparel at MAGIC. AETN Consumer Products holds the category-exclusive pact to create a full line of men’s, women’s and youth apparel, expected to hit retail this quarter. Included in the licensing deal will be men’s, women’s and youth t-shirts; sweatshirts; and headwear.
