Mad Catz Interactive has been granted the Major League Gaming license to produce branded PC and video game controllers and fight sticks. Meanwhile, Activision Publishing has extended its accessories deal with the third-party provider.
The Mad Catz/MLG's multi-year deal is an exclusive global license. In addition, Mad Catz will become a sponsor of MLG Pro Circuit Competitions.
In the extension agreement with Activision, Mad Catz will produce Call of Duty: Black Ops-branded controllers and accessories for PC and video games. Mad Catz has worldwide rights to a range of accessories based on the upcoming game title, which hits stores on Nov. 9.
