Maat inked a home video agreement with Slovenia-based Media Film for the animated series. The first title will hit stores this month, with the other four titles rolling out every two months. Media Film also acquired the VOD rights in the Slovenian language.

Media Film also signed a deal for Vipo illustrated books. The first two stories will be published this month as one book, to be followed by two more books in September and November.

Maat Entertainment also signed an apparel deal for the brand, Funny Face, with Fortitudo, based in Maribor, Slovenia. Fortitudo will produce t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, baseball caps, slippers and sandals for the Slovenian market. Funny Face T-shirts will be available in June 2011 through web shops, direct sales, small independent shops and apparel shops. Other product groups products will be available later on this year.
