In the new role, Lowe will be responsible for “leading the drive to focus on customers” and developing key consumer products brands and talent for BBC properties such as Doctor Who, Top Gear and Deadly 60. Lowe will also lead marketing plans across the entire BBC Worldwide consumer products business which also includes TV, video, publishing, music and BBC licensed products.
