LMCA is developing a licensing program for Heifer Hope in a number of product categories, specifically targeting food and beverage. Royalties from the sales of the licensed products will go to fund Heifer projects worldwide.
Heifer International provides livestock and environmentally sound agricultural training to improve the lives of those who are hungry and poor in more than 57 countries, including the U.S.
"Heifer Hope makes it possible for consumers to buy goods that do good work—that support Heifer's work with families struggling to pull themselves out of poverty, to feed their families and to build a better life," says Steve Stirling, Heifer's executive vice president of marketing and resource development.
