Exclusive Media Group's Newmarket Films has granted Lionsgate the exclusive U.S. home entertainment rights to its library of 250 titles and all upcoming theatrical releases.

In the deal, Lionsgate will distribute Newmarket Films' titles via DVD, Blu-ray, digital, TV and video on-demand. The first release under the agreement will be Creation on June 29, about the life of Charles Darwin and stars Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly. Other releases will include Agora, Hesher, Memento, Donnie Darko, Whale Rider, Monster, Downfall and The Passion of the Christ.
